I took my cousin to a very special event for his birthday:
Joe Torre interviewed by WFAN’s Mike Francesa at what is billed as a ‘Breakfast of Champions.’
Torre is exactly what you see on screen, in person. He is measured, even and thoughtful in his answers. It turned out to be quite entertaining event even allowing for Francesa’s alternating fawning and braggadocio mien.
